    The initial appointment was a bit hectic. The first interview failed to show up, and I was in the process of hiring someone else when Andrew stepped in to save the sale. From that point on everything went well. Casey's crew was tremendous. They showed up on time, and their work ethic was worthy of admiration. The finished product looks great. And a big plus- when they were finished they cleaned up the construction mess and hauled it away! My only complaint is that the cable TV and electrical

    From Mike, sales rep to Joe and Roman, installers I was very confident in all their actions, the product to be installed on my house and level of comfort with them around my home. They all did it right the first time. Did compare with a couple other companies and Sears stood apart from the rest. Thank you.

    After much going back and forth with your site staff who claimed not knowing who (by name and job #) I was, the job was completed. Improvement need to take place on mounting ware and hardware of outside wall lamps. Also, I am still having problems with the roof project is listing at same corner in the patio. Not happy with this still!!

    Still lots of clean up. Not all Old stucco was not removed from perimeter of the house, sitting in dirt, planter boxes. Broke my irrigation and new garden blooms, garden stake. Paint chips on my lawn where they stored their equipment. Lionel was a good communicator. Crew worked hard.
