Total window replacement in 74 year old.
Replaced 18 aluminum framed, single paned windows with new Fibermex double paned windows from Sears Home Services. The Installers removed and replaced all windows in less than 2 days. Very happy with the installation, but NOT happy with the clean up inside and out on all windows. Called sales manager for help multiple times trying to get some one out to clean caulking off the windows panes, but still hasn't been done 3+ weeks later. Please... get someone out here and finish the job.

The product it self is great so far
The sales person Ali was great he went out of his way to help, greatperson But after that it was down hill it took me 2 weeks to get in contact with the project msnget and him a week to notify the contractor and the contractor 1week to come out than another 3weeks for installation. Not sure i can give a reference

The 4 stars is for the 2 installers, Tony and John. who are both exceptional and knowledgeable of their craft. The 1 star deduction is for Nzinga and Jason of Transform SR Home Improvement Products LLC Nzinga handled my entry door purchase. I asked her for an itemization of the project, such as, actual cost of door, labor costs, etc. She sent a document that did not show itemization. Again. I asked her for an itemization not just the total but received only the total of project again. This lack of transparency bothers me. I ordered my storm door through Jason . I specifically told him that I did not need the entry door and storm door locks to be the same. In fact, I wanted a different key for each door, therefore, the original lock and key for the storm door was acceptable. No need to purchase a different lock for the storm door. However, when John arrived with the storm door, I saw that Jason had disregarded my wishes and upcharged me for locks that were the same as my entry door.. I could have refused but decided to complete project; however, the project could not be completed that day because the replacement moulding/casing for entry door, which had to be replaced because original installation resulted in splintered casing, was not on the truck. Installer Tony came before John but and he only had the casing and not the storm door. Since both projects were bundled into the same financing, I informed him that I would not sign off so he left and casing was returned to warehouse. Then John comes with storm door but no casing. He installs storm door with the understanding that I was not signing off on project. He goes to warehouse to get casing and warehouse can not find my casing. Absolute comedy of errors. Karen, Project Manager for storm door, reorders and project completed on September 7, 2023. I am pleased with the quality of my entry door and storm door but will not work with Sears Improvement if Transform SR Home Improvement Products LLC is the vendor

The installers did an exceptional job. Had it all installed in half a day and left my house cleaner than they found it! Right now, the only problem is the loud AC. Howard, our installer, replaced the compressor yesterday, and now it is even louder. Howard is in touch and will be installing a new unit. By the way, the AC works just fine.

The financing of this home improvement equipment was arranged by Sears Home Improvement Salesman Mr. Willie Chapman and Stanley French Project Coordinator, HVAC Sears. I commend them for the excellent work and professionalism of their work during a period when the weather was very hot!
