The system has worked off and on since we got it Friday. The installer has had to come out multiple times.

The installation was great but getting the furnace due to supply chain issues was a big problem. I had to wait from 11/30/21 to 4/30/22 to get it.

Getting in touch with anyone up the chain of command was extremely difficult to do. Communication was a real issue and neglectful.

Almost 8 months to get installed. Very poor communication from sales people. Company has no clue how to pull a building permit.

Exterior duct is cracked but no response from the installer. Inspector agreed there is an issue but offered no assistance getting a response.
