I was nervous about cost and time. The Sears team was professional and capable. They were able to get me in to a new system at a price point that didn't blow my planned budget and even had my install scheduled for the same week. The install team were fast and competent. The new unit handles my home's comfort so much better than my old unit. I only wish I had done it sooner.

Brand new AC unit installation
Technicians were able to arrive to my home 10 minutes earlier than our schedule time because they'd completed a job sooner than expected. There were two men (I've forgotten their names), both were kind and very knowledgeable about my unit. They answered every question professionally. I was asked where I wanted my new AC unit and they got straight to work-nonstop. Once finished they cleaned up their work, explained to me how to change the filters, how to use the new thermostat they installed then were on their way.
