Joseph is kind, friendly & professional. I was immediately stressed from the service technician that did my initial evaluation (I cannot remember his name). He told me my over the stove microwave had to be removed from its location before he could fix it. That it was company protocol in order not to cause damage to the stove or surrounding area. That put me in a bind as I had no one that could perform this task for me without paying a handy man to take it down. A separate charge. After I received the parts ordered by the initial tech Joseph was dispatched. He called to make sure I had the parts. He assured me he could take the microwave down himself. I felt at ease with him in my home. He cleaned up the area on my floor where he worked on my microwave. He is knowledgeable, skillful and pleasant. If I could request the same technician for all my appliances it would definitely be Joseph!

He was very polite and knowledgeable. He showed me the rest button and taught me how to reset. Hopefully the reset of the ice maker works. Not a big fan of my 2 year old Whirlpool refrigerator. Hope if this does not work, they send the same repairman.
