I was impressed with the service today for my Whirlpool refrigerator ice maker. Carlos checked it out and very quickly was able to find why it was not making ice. He then was able to get it working again. Now it is making ice again. I appreciate how knowledgeable he was, and professional in his service. I am also grateful to be able to get an appointment so quickly so I did not have to wait long to have it fixed.
