    I I have used Sears Repair in the past and was very satisfied. However, I was very disappointed this time since the technician didn't fix the problem with my washing machine - instead, he was more focused on trying to sell me a maintenance contract. I told him what the problem was and instead of checking out what was wrong he tried to convince me that it was a plumbing problem. WRONG! The service call was quoted as $99...he charged me $150 since he was there for an hour and again...didn't even try to fix the problem. I would not refer Sears Maintenance to anyone.

    I called Sears Repair Service because my washer was leaking. Although the Technician checked out all the hoses, it turned out it was backing up from the drain, something we thought we had checked.

    my last service was for a whirlppol stove. it was done well. the techician was oustanding. i would appreciate my reimbursement as soon as possible as the service was a little expensie

    Technician was On time, made the right diagnosis, has the right part and fixed my dryer in under and hour. It’s working great. Cant ask for more than that.
