Repair vislit 240326
Casey arrived on a timely manner and promptly began to diagnose the problem with the ice maker. He attempted to repair the icemaker. After replacing the icemaker mechanism, he concluded that there were so many electrical short circuits elsewhere in the freezer that the unit could not be repaired, and he canceled the charge for diagnostic charge for the visit. I found him prompt, diligent, and efficient. I would be pleased to have him on a subsequent service call.

Defrosting frozen line in Refrigerator
Robert was prompt, efficient and effective. It is not often that someone comes early, but he was! He came in and fixed the problem relatively quickly (which does make me question the unnecessarily high charge for labor). He answered questions about another part of the fridg so that we understood what to look for in case of a malfunction.

Hunter exhibited a high level of professionalism and expertise. He investigated the leak thoroughly and diagnosed the parts needing replacement to fix the washing machine. He provided excellent communication for arrival times. Very thorough with explanation of his repair plan and process. Polite and respectful.

Very Kind Man
I was working when he arrived but my mother was there to cover for me. Mr. James still took the time to converse with me about the process of checking my dryer and the outcome. He was honest about the price of repairs and unfortunately the cost was the price of a new dryer and I didn't get it fixed that day as I had hoped. He was a true professional gentleman. One that I would invite into my home again for a repair service if needed.

Porfessional, Courteous, Friendly and Knowledgable!
After 4 services calls over 5 months, JaVanta was instrumental in diagnosing and starting the repair (overnight defrost) and Shaquon followed suit with similar knowledge and attention to detail to finally resolve the problem. Scheduling the service calls, in and of itself was, however, abominable. For his I would give it a rating of 2 as most representatives were cordial. A window of 8 to 5 is unreasonable. The "system" to find out an estimate time on the day of did not work. The amount of time waiting to speak to a rep was exceedingly long and one promised a return call to confirm a day and time which never happened. The first technician closed the ticket on the service call before confirming that the problem was solved... which it was not. The second technician left promising to return after researching the problem... which he never did. For these two men, I would also give them 2 star only because they were also cordial when here. I sure hope someone at Sears is reading this!!
