Great experience just wasn't able to fix because didn't have part.

Samsung Washer Home Repair
Lorenzo was great. He was patient and told me what went wrong with the machine. The UE error code never showed up while Lorenzo and I waited for the washer to finish its 26 mins Quick Wash cycle. The UE code indicates imbalance drum. As always, when the repair man or car mechanic showed up, the error light did not come on. I showed him the photo I took with the UE code. He explained it had to do with the worn bearings of the drum. He told me to listen to the spin cycle and its abnormal noise, the drum is out of alignment. He estimated approximately the cost for repair.

Great service but get the technicians name correct.
The repair technician did a great job but at least get his name correct it certainly is not as stated. Also I have been receiving at least 2 e mails a day with your promotions and offer of additional services, including the day prior and day of the service which was quite unnecessary nor wanted. Also when responding to your e mail promotions including this one I get a pop up warning that your web site is not secure.

Install was great. The date for Install was canceled two times on proposed Install days. The Install should occur on first day picked.

Call ahead
The technician was kind enough to call ahead and verify information, it was determined that he was given the wrong appliance information and parts. They listed my appliance incorrectly.

Having to wade through FOUR DIFFERENT PEOPLE, PLUS a text afterward, EVERY ONE of these asking for the SAME information, is NOT an experience that I will put myself through again. Do the people on your end not communicate with each other???
