Great Service!
Thank you for your service. This gentleman moved up my appointment since he was in this area. He was professional, congenial and very knowledgeable. I needed repair on my treadmill and he took the time to explain the problem and the expense to fix the problem vs purchasing a new one. Very refreshing, a great asset to Sears service company. Stephen knows his stuff. Replaced the belt and motor and was very helpful about how to keep dirt from getting into the belt. I am very happy there were parts available, as I really like the arms on this treadmill, and you can't find those on new treadmills.
