Randy was very good. Was kept informed when he would be here and called when he was close. Great service. Very knowledgeable. What I don't like is that my contract couldn't be renewed on my treadmill. They are discontinuing the coverage when my contract ended with no notice. If I wouldn't have called to have someone check out my treadmill before contract expired I wouldn't have known at all. Very upset about that. I have had coverage on my treadmill for yrs. Thank goodness it's in great shape yet but not happy the way they are treating us.
