Willie is a huge asset to sears. He is extremely knowledgable. We have had the pleasure of working with him on the last four visits related to our HVAC, and each time he has done great work, and kept our systems running smoothly. He is polite, and has been able to correctly assess the issues with our HVAC system quickly each and every time.

I've never seen a HVAC tech work like Albert does. It's almost like he doesn't even realize he's doing it. He had to un-do what the last Sears tech did that made my condenser unit stop functioning after a couple of weeks. Albert just looked around to see the work the last Sears tech did and knew exactly what needed to be done. I was skeptical, but he clearly knew what he was doing. Please send Albert if I need any more future AC requests. Thanks Albert!
