Happy with technician
We were w dry pleased with our technician, very respectful, knowledgeable, and through. He took the time to access what might be wrong, explained what he did. If we need service again on our heat and air, we would want him to come to take care of our heat and air unit.

Mr. Kandekor Robinson went beyond and redeemed the service of us having the Sears Home Services plan. Our A/C issue is resolved and prayerfully it stays that way. Sears should be proud to have quality employees who care. Happy Holidays

Chelsea was a wonderful technician a breath of fresh air because Sears of lat has had really really poor service but Chelsea was a great tech. Very knowledgeable! Thanks!

Hassib was great to work with. I think he had the problem diagnosed within 10 minutes or so. And was able to repair it on the spot. He was also very friendly and conversational, and even played with my cat a bit, which the cat very much enjoyed. From a customer service point of view, ( I am a customer service manager), he was just great.

Furnace/heat
Steven updated us on the itinerary throughout the day. He called ahead as he headed our way. He was very knowledgeable, quite amiable, and had a wonderful sense of humor. He worked really hard to fix our furnace and have our house heated again.

Super happy with the job. She called me before arriving to let me know when she was going to arrive.
