    I have been waiting since september 17th for a replacement tv that was approved by the warranty. I keep getting the run around. I need the replacement tv. I have paid the annual warranty. And no one helps

    I SO SATISFIED WITH THE INSURANCE TOOK CARE OF THE PAYMENT OF THE VISITS. THE FACT I NO LONGER WORK WITH THE VIRUS PROBLEM, SEARS WAS BACKING UP THE PRODUCTS. THANK YOU SEARS!!!!!

    I was very satisfied with the technician that checked my tv. I am having problems with communication about some other surveys. I had three technicians one day and your survey didn’t specify which technician or appliance you were referring to.
