Ray came in... replaced the motherboard in what I thought was a reasonably short time. He then reprogrammed the television...and in no time we were able to continue watching our daily news program. Ray is a true professional!

Initially, itt looked like another appointment date would be necessary because of the complex table mounting of the large flat screen that would require assistance. But the repairman buckled down , determined to get it done and did just that, perseverance and determination got the job done. And it worked. Ci recommend that he get a big pay raise for his professionalism to service and getting it done .

WILL ALWAYS STAY WITH SEARS
Bob was very polite. Went right to work. Fixed what was wrong with my TV. Then he helped get the mounting bracket (It's mounted to the wall) which since installed 12 years ago has always had the TV pointing slightly downward.. He fixed that also. Then he asked if there was anything else he could do. I was introduced to SEARS 37 years ago & I WILL NEVER go anywhere else for maintenance/service.
