The problem was diagnosed, and the part ordered, by Michael P. Another Michael on the team arrived this morning to install the new part. He was very personable and efficient. I appreciated his assistance helping level the refrigerator after the repair.

Craig was an excellent repairman and gave me the advice I needed to try to make a warranty claim with Samsung for the repair. He is a great employee however, the scheduling department told me I was scheduled on Friday when the technician Did not have me on the schedule. Lot of extra time was taken without a refrigerator in my house because of Sears scheduling department had issues.
