    The techs were fine but they came 5 times since mid-july and swapped the parts twice before I dad ice just this week. This started right after we bought the refrigerator and continues over 2 years later. No ice after a few weeks working it breaks down. We paid 2200 for this samsung fridge and have had 14 or so service calls on the ice maker. When do you give up and replace the fridge?

  8. Far to expensive for a one hour service repair call.

    I am always amazed at how you come up with the cost to repair an appliance. You charge me app. 400 dollars (less 150) to install a part that cost 25 dollars and takes an hour to install, including the diagnosis. That charge is appalling. And you provide no justification for a labor cost far above a licensed plumber or electrician. WHY?

  10. Didn’t finish

    We are waiting for the service to be completed! We paid and he said he got the wrong part and we are waiting on that to get here to be installed. We have tried to call and cannot talk to anyone! We are frustrated because we have already paid! Please fix our dryer!!!! It was scheduled for September and no one showed up and we had no call.
