Michael L. did an outstanding job. I only want him to come out to my home in the future for any HVAC system service calls. He was very nice and friendly and explained what he was doing. He even noticed the special instructions note that I entered in the system. Please share my comments with him. Speaking of the special instructions note which only allows up to 60 characters I think this is extremely too small for us to provide the techs with as much information as possible before they arrive.
