Technician was nice but no part available
Although our interaction with the technician was very pleasant. He quickly came in and accessed the situation. But despite me sharing the information of my unit information the technician did not have the thermostat to fix my issue. And it would be another week without AC to fix it. My family could not wait that long with out AC at the beginning of Summer in the Central Valley

Incompetent
Saying that we had missing wires on our air conditioning unit when we in fact didnt. He not a certified AC tech. We have a coolant leak not missing wires.

Unbelievable
I was told I needed to be in my house from 9 AM to 5 PM. I took off from work (I am an attorney) and was here in my home from 9 AM to 5 PM. At 3:19, I received a message that he would not be arriving until after 6pm. My younger daughter had a softball game at 6 o'clock. I made arrangements for my adult Child to be here From six until I came home. At 7:29pm the technician arrives then leaves because I was not here. I am furious. Someone needs to make this right.

Three motors stopped working
Technician is more worried about fire rather than HVAC is working or not . Three motors got short circuit due to wrong wiring.

I am so upset. The technician texted me in the early afternoon, saying he was ten minutes away.That's so funny when they give a window from 8am to 5pm and I would be given a thirty minute morning. I did not see it.The text right away, but the text ended with, do you still need. My reply was delayed, but I did not say no, so my feeling is.He should have gone ahead and shown. A little bit later, I texted.Yes, because my mom was at home, waiting for him while I was at work. He never replied to my text of yes and he never showed up. When I got home at five o'clock and the house was baking and my four eighty four year old mom was on the sofa and I ask her who did the technician show up and she said, no, i was so up. My mom has congestive heart failure and needs the temperature to be comfortable. We live in south florida.It is hot. I called and text the ac repairman twice in the afternoon and there was no answer. Then I had to call back the warranty company and although he was supposed to come on a friday, the warranty company said a new technician would be scheduled four Monday. This is terrible, my mom and I are in an oven.

Air conditioning Service
Abimael's initial phone call was unprofessional and rude. I had to ask him to repeat himself because his initial statement was so unprofessional. Despite my request for a follow-up call after the service to my family member, he did not make the effort to do so. The care he provided was severely lacking. I have decided that this HVAC technician will not be considered for any future service in our family's homes.

Repair tankless water tank
Very unprofessional service. Better yet no service at all. Appointment was made. The repairman never called, never showed up. The only thing he did was send a receipt stating work was done, but actually wasn't. What am I paying for?

Home warranty service call
The technician was friendly but his diagnostics are questionable. Upon having a second company(Lion home servicing) come out to do a cleaning as recommended by the tech on the same day. The new company found that a motor on the blower is not working correctly and recommended replacement furnace unit instead of just throwing a bandaid on it and replacing just the blower part on top of any cleaning. I am not confident in what was recommended by the Sears tech to remedy the issue.

It should be a zero!!!!!!
No one ever showed up nor was I called to say they were not coming. I am very upset to have waited all day for a no show. This doesn't set well with me. I was also texted an hour before 5:00 stating that they would come between 5:01 and 6:30. Truly this is not good!!!
