I had a great service experience with Sears Hvac technician Sean, he was on time, very through explained what he was working on, and looking for troubleshooting my unit. I was glad he was able to repair my Central unit. If anything goes wrong in the future I would like to have him as my technician

Matthew was prompt, thorough, and explained what he was checking on our (struggling) AC system. We went as far as answering my questions about what the tests he performed were checking. Definitely over and above. The system is working, but needs a little TLC. It is 15 years old, and the current heat is of course affecting it. Thanks Matthew, thanks Sears !
