Refrigerator Repair
On May 26 Sears Home Service scheduled my service appointment for the malfunctioning refrigerator next day and updated me that a technician named Lewis K. would come and check the refrigerator on May 27, Tuesday, between 8:00 am and-5:00 pm. I was waiting for him the entire day. I could see his picture and he was two stops away from my home, then one stop, then on his way to my place. But Lewis never showed up, to my dismay. I was really disappointed not to see him. I couldn't understand what went wrong. I had no choice but to reschedule for May 28, Wednesday. Is this how Sears Home Service works? This is not the first time a technician failed to keep the promise. Nevertheless, the second time Lewis K. showed up around 8:30 am as scheduled and told me that Sears never assigned the job to him on May 27. That's why he never showed up. Sears Home Service may have cheated both of us with a false or no assignment, unfortunately. Anyway, Lewis was very diligent in checking and fixing the refrigerator, maybe for the time being, thereby meeting our expectations. Thank you very much, Lewis K.

Jenn Aire Frig fixed Quickly
Terence arrived on time, introduced himself with a good chuckle and said he was here to help me. I showed him the refrigerator and told him the problem . He checked it out, told me what he was going to do and did it. He was efficient, jovial and I would certainly ask for him by name if we have any appliance problems in the future.

Install
Install was great. The date for Install was canceled two times on proposed Install days. The Install should occur on first day picked.

Quick and easy
The tech called when he was in his way which was well within the time frame given. He showed up diagnosed the problem and repaired it within minutes. The Tech also checked to make sure that everything was running well and that I was completely happy.

Fixed my fridge

Ice maker replaced
Enrique was punctual, courteous, and knew his job. He diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and returned. To replace the new ice maker. He also cleaned tinder the refrigerator and the coils and made sure the floor was clean.
