Steven did a great job. He diagnosed the issue 1st trip however he wasn't authorized to order both replacement parts. We were without use of Range for almost a month because Steven had to return (3) times before he the parts he needed were authorized to order. Our family was inconvenienced without this major appliance. If they would have listened to Steven we would have been without the Range for (2) weeks.

The lack of ability to contact a person was a complicating factor. Caused a 2 week delay Couldn't get past AI. Wanted to change contact information . Very happy with in home service when it became possible. Not all homes get Texts. Need personal contact at times.

I had an issue with my air conditioning system not cooling properly and I contacted choice warranty. Sears has the contract for service. The technician was outstanding. He performed a very thorough assessment of the entire system and took the time to clearly explain what was happening and why. I appreciate the professionalism.
