Unacceptably Slow
The service was incredibly slow (service call made on 5/2, not repaired until 5/28). VERY BAD SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Awesome service-man!
I got a text and a phone call from the service man named Scott and I told him I was on my way please not to leave when I got there he had just got there and he was very kind and I showed him where the air conditioner was which happened to be in my special needs cat trailer and he walked in and didn't have a problem with all my kitties trying to get attention and move them to the side and fed them and he got on with taking care of business with no complaints about the kitties the smell or anything He was very professional very kind very accommodating I was so amazed that how wonderful he was when he could have been very ugly about the situation!! He figured out what was going on and said he had to make a phone call It would only be a few minutes and sure enough he got right back with me and told me the solution and it was such a wonderful experience and I would recommend him for everyone because his kindness and his thoroughness was just amazing He went above and beyond!!
