Felix was outstanding
Felix was very knowledgeable, professional and prompt. The Customer Service end leaves a lot to be desired. I had to have 5 appointments to get the issues diagnosed and and then repaired. This was my 2nd call for the same issue with my washer. Not happy with Sears, a name I have always trusted.

James was an excellent tech, effective communication, successful warranty fix, but scheduling is barely effective. Too many emails and no way to respond. Appointment between 8 AM and 5 PM is unacceptable.

Great experience
When our washer broke we started frantically looking for anyone who could come fix it, and Sears was one of several companies we contacted. One company never showed up, another told us it wasn't worth fixing it and we should just get a new machine. Sears was by far the most professional. I appreciated the text and email updates, and Don was very thorough, friendly, professional, and informed. I feel like the fee was very reasonable and our washer is working great now!
