Michael explained to me that my dishwasher was actually working properly, and why I was having the issue I was having. He thoroughly educated me on how to take care of it, then advised me on my washing machine as a bonus. Great education on my appliances today and great service, I'd call him again.

Excellent job; he verified the existing work that had been done and saw the problem that needed to be corrected. He saw a part needed to be ordered; he ordered the part and returned to complete the job. The dryer has now been working wonderfully with no problems. Justin was very polite and professional; his work was greatly appreciated !
