Washer Repair
Mansoor was great. He was able to detect the problem had a rather simple solution , one that no longer required the new parts ordered by the previous technician a month ago. Mansoor discovered that the water hoses attached to the washer had been reinstalled in reverse after a new water heater had been installed a few years ago which created a situation where I could not get a cold water wash, but always mix of hot/cold. He was most helpful and diligent in trying to rectify the whole situation, which included reinstalling the according door to my utility closet. He's the best. With regard to the automated, digital customer service center. It's awful. And parts fulfillment was never able to reconcile parts that had arrived to my house while still being listed as on backorder, even after confirming to an actual human being that they had arrived. Exasperating.
