  1. Terrible phone support; great technician service

    It was nearly impossible to get the phone support to understand the problem, especially when two of the replacement parts arrived broken. This caused month's worth of installation delays. However, once the repairman arrived, he did a great job.

  5. The technnician is caught in the middle. Arrived but parts were not correct. We are 87 abd 84 years of age and are frustsrated with Sears syste

    We need a personal, supervisory level discussion to resolve. Charged first and service to follow. But the computer skills lacking to navigated Sears system. Still no repair. Please talk this over in person NO COMPUTER CONNECTION PLEASE! Ron Kariker

  7. Nice person but it still isn't fixed my husband called him befor he got home and told him it wasn't working

    doesn't work and paid $185.00 labor to adjust a door! The light was what didn't work and it still doesn't. We didn't ask for the door to be adjusted but repairman thought it would fix it.

  10. Excellent service

    The repairman fixed our 15 year old dryer in less than 30 minutes! [It was a Bad igniter and needed new door latches] He even cleaned the inside as well! Top notch service! Thanks again.
