Two times out to repair a Brand New Refrigerator and both time complete failure. Plus it took over two weeks to schedule repairs. I find that totally unacceptable. One would expect a service call within a day or two for a new refrigerator that is leaking water from the freezer into the refrigerator. I did some investigation online and I think I could repair the brand new refrigerator, but, for some reason, I think a new refrigerator should not require me to repair it.

VERY POOR COMMUNICATION and SERVICE. Never had poor service with Sears repair before. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. We were having problems with our refrigerator getting cold. The freezer seemed okay but the refrigerator was not working properly. On 8/11/2015, a tech came and just took a look at the temperature settings and readjusted same. Said that was all that needed to be done. Approximately six days later, refrigerator still not working properly. On 8/17/2015, called repair and informed them that our refrigerator still not working. Spoke with someone named John and was told new parts were needed and that they were being mailed to our home. John scheduled an appt for us for 8/22/2015 between 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 Noon. John also informed us that if we received the parts earlier in the week to call and inform them that all the parts were in and to see if a tech could come to our home before 8/22/2015. John confirmed with us at that time that no matter what, we were confirmed for the 8/22/2015 appt. The first part arrived on 8/19/2015 and the second on 8/21/2015. The morning of 8/22/2015 we called Sears repair and confirmed with them that all the parts were received and we also confirmed with them that a tech would be coming to our home that morning. This occurred about 8:30 a.m. HST. About an hour later, we received a call from Sears repair informing us that we had to schedule a date and time for the tech to work on our refrigerator. We were informed that we did NOT have a scheduled appt for that morning and that the earliest the tech could come would be Tuesday, 8/25/2015 between 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. We asked to speak with the supervisor and Joey came on the phone. We explained to him our situation and what had transpired. We also told him that we lived in Hawaii. There was a hurricane heading our way and we had a refrigerator full of food. Nothing could be done to have a tech come in as we had originally scheduled. We went ahead and scheduled service for 8/25/2015 between 1:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. We hope that we do not receive a call informing us that we do not have an appt for 8/25/2015 and that we have to reschedule. I am truly disappointed with this situation. Now it has taken us 2 weeks to have our refrigerator properly repaired.

I can't get my Samsung refrigerator repaired. This is the third service call in one month. Each time a different part needs to be replaced. When the tech opened the package, a part was missing. Now I have to wait another week for him to replace the defective parts.

1 1/2 months broken down. What am I paying for?????? techs have been here 5 times and I am waiting on the 6th visit this Saturday. Will they fix my problems... probably not !!!!!!

Unprofessional and most frustrating-Warranty joke

Fridge broke. Called warranty services. Problem diagnosed over the phone. (?!) Part came in 4 business days plus a weekend, so almost a week. Repairman came 4 days after that. Was in our house for 1 minute and and knew it was the wrong part. Ordered the new part. Two shipments came over 8 days. Repair man returned 10 days later. Parts were correct. Well over 2 weeks with our food on ice. Over this time I called their warranty services department 4 or 5 times and waited on hold for 30-40 minutes and EACH TIME was cut off while listening to the phone music. So, basically there was AND IS no way at all to contact them and get to a person to complain about the terrible service. AWFUL SERVICE.

Refrigerator service person showed up 4 1/2 hours late. Was supposed to be at my home between 10 and 2.. Showed up at 6:30.. No phone call. Nothing. Oven service person was on time and spent most of that time talking down to both me and my wife.. Not a pleasant experience.

Service tech was on time and great. But it took 3 weeks to get refrigerator fixed. There is no reason for a part for an Amana was on back order. This is a brand name and there should always be backstock on hand
