Robert is very good but the refrigerator still doesn't work after changing all the parts with the freezer door stuck after a few hours while the upper compartment still not cooling at 60+F Same problem from Day One!!!! Has taken several months to fix

I'm so impressed with Gary! He was extremely professional, even friendly towards our dog and cat! And in addition to fixing the problem with our fridge he recommended some maintenance things we should be doing to ensure our appliance stays in good working order. Wonderful service technician!
