Elijah was given a wrong contact # for me, I am NOT surprised!!!! I called 3 times to schedule an appointment to find a clerk whom I could understand their speech. I received multiple texts trying to confirm what parts were needed to fix my problem. I quit answering their questions. Because Elijah could not reach me by phone, he came to the door, so glad he did. My appointment was scheduled between 8am to 12:00. I received a text that he was on his way to my house and would arrive at 11:22. He rang my door bell at 12:35. He did a complete check of my refrigerator, that was the service I requested. Because LG discontinued my control panel years ago!!! but this refrigerator is still working!! Thankfully, your repairmen must be the most intelligent person in the entire company. Thank you, Elijah!! WELL DONE.
