    Communication with the scheduling dept. was not even 1 star. I can’t remember how many calls and confirmation emails we got that caused us to wait for a service pro that never came—-needs to be more efficient. The service pro couldn’t have been better.

  2. Very knowledgable , and tried his best to fix it for over an hour. But the issue could not be fixed, because the door was installed wrong.

    I was very happy with Jacob, he sure tried.to fix the problem. But couldn't due to error made when it was installed.

  3. Trouble on the horizon

    I appreciated the efforts of my service provider, who was very pleasant and made the choice to try out the least expensive and invasive solution to my refrigerator woes. Unfortunately, although there seems to have been some improvement, the bottom shelves are still filling with leaking water. I was told that, if that happened, a follow-up would involve ordering a new thermostat. I need to reschedule a follow-up.

  5. Terrible!

    Have not had a working fridge since 10/23/19. The service provided by the warranty protection plan has been terrible. Need to have 4 functional failures to deem as not repairable. Well come to find out one of my many service calls does not count! We live in a rural area and service is limited. Many parts have been repaired on fridge to only think you have a working fridge for a couple hours and wake up 24 hours later to a non working fridge. This is beyond frustrating and will NEVER RECOMMEND Kenmore Elite appliances or anything Sears related.

    I've been without a refrigerator for two weeks. Sears Repairman came to my residence three days ago says my problem was resolved. Later that night I was faced with the same problem. Freezer nor Refrigerator section of my French Door Refrigerator is cooling AT ALL. It's very disappointing to feel you're contacting a reputable company & still be faced with the same issues. I contacted Sears yesterday to be told another technician won't be able to come to my house until next Tuesday. I WOULDN'T recommend Sears Appliance Repairs to anyone. It isn't worth your time or money. The nerve of them always pushing EXTENDED WARRANTY, it's very expensive + you are expected to pay a deductible each visit to your residence.
