Gas oven doesn't light
This is not the first time Conrad has been dispatched to our home for an appliance repair, although not for the current appliance. Always on time, friendly and quick to diagnose and fix the problem.

Tech did not diagnose the issue correctly
Tech came in and totally misdiagnosed the issue with my range and accused me of purposely cracking the glass top of my range. What he also said is that the glass top is not being made anymore for my range so if the glass top is no longer being made then Sears is on the hook to buy a new range which is really the problem that Sears does not want to pay for a new stove after I have paid for the useless appliance home protection warranty. No wonder sears has gone out of business.

Tech was great, company was horrible
The Tech was wonderful, he was polite and explained things to me. The company customer service was horrible. Scheduled appointments and then never set the up with the tech so no one showed up. Never was notified that tech wasn't coming. You can't talk to anyone on the phone, only automated system no matter what number you call. The worst company I have ever dealt with. Never will buy another extended warranty through Sears!

ge range
This is the second time we have had your technicians come to look at appliances. Both times, they have told us that they can't be fixed (range is too old? 14 years old is too old?) and charged us the call fee and left us with nothing done. Will NEVER ever call again. It's all a scam to get us to buy new appliances. It is always the same story: that they can't get the parts.

Technician never arrived today
Was here last week however did not have any knowledge of my particular commercial grade stove. Indicated someone else would need to come. Was re scheduled for today but no one has been.

AWFUL Gas burner repair technician.
The person you sent was in my home for no less tha 2 minutes told me there was nothing they could do to fix the burner BEFORE he even tried turning it on. He was totally unprofessional and lacked basic knowledge or understanding of what it meant to have a "feature" on the burner that was totally inoperative and a fire hazard. I would have given ZERO stars but your app wouldn't allow it.

Tech never communicated
My wife took the day off waiting for the tech to arrive. The tech never arrived during the window of time that wee were given. There was no text, email, or phone call that the tech was on their way. Thier was no communication whatsoever. This is the SECOND time the tech has no-showed an appointment. Service was absolute TRASH!

Range
Danny was kind and courteous, and took the time to search for parts, and telling me that parts are not available. I was ok with that, because the range had broken glass door and door did not close all the way. And the oven was sprayed with cleaner and not cleaned up, when I moved into house.
