I have nothing but nice things to say about Erick. He diagnosed the problem and was able to come up with a solution. Thank you Erick!! However, I am very disappointed with the process of getting a technician to show up for the service call. Your 'AI system ' appears to be in charge!! I had THREE, appointments cancelled for no valid reason by your "AI" bot . I made my 4th call out of desperation . And , after escalating the issue , I was promised by a 'human being ' that they would make sure a technician would show up this timeI He did. You are not doing right by your customers.
