Tho did a good job in explaining the problem about my burner. He cleaned it, and the burner on the stove range worked like new. Tho was friendly and professional when I greeted him at the door. He speaks well and is very informative about the stove range. He arrived within the given window. I would renew and use Sears Service in the future.

I had suggested what the problem with my stove might be since this is the 4th time in the 10 year life of the stove that we have had to replace the igniter. Glenn arrived at the time originally on Sears Home Services' email (although the scheduler email had been updated just a few moments to show he would arrive at 12:51 rather than 10:13). He made sure the igniter was the problem, and replaced with a new part quickly. He was careful with the components of the stove he needed to remove to replace the part and put the stove back together properly after verifying the new part worked and the stove now heated.
