Jonathan was very kind and friendly, the thing is he said it was the heating element and he repaired it but it's not repaired. The burners are still over heating, if I put it on 3-5 it doesn't heat very well, I don't have all day to warm up water and if I put it on 6 it over heats in a minute, it turns red hot. This is the second time we've called and it still doesn't work. Not happy 😒
