A different repair man came to find the problem and order the part. Jacob came after the part finally arrived (it did not arrive when the repair people expected it). Jacob installed the part, checked that every thing on the stove worked as it should and left. So they both did a good job.

Technician was excellent in providing service to the appliance needing service. He did all the necessary checking for all parts on the appliances to make sure they are working properly. What needs to be improved is all the texting after you have already confirm your Appt. Also if you received a call to let you know about your Appt 4 times texting is a little to much plus a phone call.
