He, along with his associate, were excellent in their performance in that they took the time to explain things about my appliances, did not rush the servicing and eliminated some minor problems that I was experiencing with my appliances. Need to shorten time of waiting; instead of 7:00 am-4:00 p, which is hard for seniors; make it like 8:00 am - noon or noon to 4:00 pm. Better window to do something else.
