Technician Michael B. contacted us early to provide our appointment window and kept us updated on expected arrival time as the day progressed. Upon arrival he was friendly, listened to description of our range's symptoms and recent repair history, and then thoroughly tested and diagnosed the problem. Although a needed oven part is no longer available, his thoroughness in checking and calibrating the oven and explaining his findings was greatly appreciated. Would definitely use Sears home repair service again.
