Mark B and the Sears service team are outstanding. Kept us informed on order status and arrival time and arrived earlier than expected. Diagnosed problem quickly, had parts on-hand and completed the fix in very quick time. Very professional. Will most likely transfer warranty service for all of our appliances to them when renewal comes due. They are the best -- we have experiences with others that we can easily compare ... no contest. Thank you!
