Service Tech Todd was great!! Scheduling service was NOT

Todd was very knowledgeable, helpful and probably one of the most upbeat service technicians I have ever seen. He was great, had the range fixed in under 30 minutes and explained everything. I would recommend Todd to anyone - He was very pleasant & knew what he was doing! It's just a shame that I had to wait 4+ weeks to actually get Sears to send someone. Sears needs to do better with servicing customers (especially those that have a Service Maintenance contract) in a TIMELY manner.

The Sears Home Services electronic customer interface is awkward to use and doesn't present an easy method of getting in touch with the company.
