He walked and touched the range, looked at it and said it was an installation issue. He didn't run any diagnostics at all.

Review of repairman
The repairman pulled into my yard and sat there a few minutes. Eventually he left without even coming to the door. I have a ring doorbell and it shows that he didn't come to the front door. When I called Sears they said that the repair had been completed and that there were no open tickets. This was the second time a repair visit had been scheduled and the repairman had failed to show up. I'm very disappointed in Sears.

Technician never came said he was on the way at 1 PM now 4 PM. He never showed up waited all day.

HORRIBLE
DO NOT USE-DID NOT FIX AND NOW CANNOT USE MY STOVE. LEFT ALL THE GARBAGE ON THE FLOOR AND DID NOT TAKE THE OLD PARTS OR BOXES. DID NOT CLEAN UP AND ARGUED WHEN I TOLD HIM THE DOOR WAS NOW BROKEN WORSE.

Repiar.
This is the third time some one has come out to fix our stove. The stainless steel was scratched again, not installed properly and the oven won't produce the correct temperature. Very frustrating. Unable to call and get a live person to talk too. Are they want to do is scheduled another person.

Slow Service
Your repair service was slow after parts were ordered and arrived. Even worse was you AI assisted scheduling system. The work was completed, but it took longer than I ever imagined that it would.

Do not purchase GE Products. Customer service is the worst.
William was a no show. This is the third time was scheduled no show. I have had enough of this. Shame on GE. I am ready to give this ge cafe range to someone. No more ge products again. If you want proof william wasn't at my home, I have a camera on the front of my house. He's lying. This is terrible. I will talk to GE President Hopefully this will be resolved. I am very frustrated, buyer's remorse
