Repair Not Completed
The repair was not completed. The Broiler is still not working in my range. Why would they declare the service order completed when the broiler is still inoperable? The serviceman stated that it may need a new control panel, but never came back.

Microwave
They get a zero rating!!! Sears sucks. They cancel, reschedule, or either don't show up for their appointments. They had me on the schedule for over a month and the technician never showed up. Couldn't use my microwave for a month.

If I could give zero stars I would
My oven is still not working after the technician was just here and has closed the ticket. Trying to get rescheduled has been a mess. I have been told I have to wait 2 more weeks to get a technician back our to rediagnose the issue.

Excuses and not trustworthy
We met on 11/19. He called to speak to an advisor to inquire about a part. He then informed me that my range was working and it was working. I explained to him the issues I had and contributed to convince me that the part I needed wasn't available. Yet, my range was inoperable. I contacted SEARS for a rep who found the part that this "tech" couldn't find. I needed a board the rep made an appointment for 11/29. Richie states the new part goes $800-$900. The same technicians Louie calls me and stated that he does not want to come to do the repair because he believes a new board can not go into an old keypad. He wants to speak to SAMSUNG. Rebooked now for 12/2 (second appointment). I am notified at 8:04 he is on his way. He tells me he was on the phone with Samsung and that he does not have the replacement board. What was the point of him booking the appointment if he does not have the part. He then says the part cost money and that he wants to help me save money. Yet, I said I want it fixed. He sends me a screenshot that the part is sold out. While we had this conversation today he said "you are a nice couple, but I am not listening and doesn't want to hang up on me". I hung up. Louie isn't credible or reliable. The back and forth and offer to save me money yet there wasn't a part to even put money towards. I had several issues and not one was fixed. It wasn't logical. This isn't the service I expect from SEARS. I have been a member for past a decade. He needs to be spoken to and trained. Every conversation he had was in private without me knowing. He comes off as not trustworthy and this is who being sent out to represent your company?

Complete failure. Should be a zero star rating.
Steven told me wife we didn't have 220 volts at the oven plug and recommended we call an electrcian. When I returned home and tested the breaker, the oven outlet and the electrical plug connections to the oven they each registered 220 volts. Steven didn't diagnose anything and in the process have me false information.

Samsung Range with a GE part.
I asked for a Samsung part but technician said it was DUMB & STUPID to put in a Samsung Heater. I requested a replacement and he was rude disrespectful mean loud argumentative and downright refused to service my Samsung Applaince with a Samsung part and he also canceled my appointment and stormed out of my house grabbed the door know and tried to slam my door. Got loud outside in front of my neighbors.

Repair my oven!
I was alone for Thanksgiving and wanted to start baking Christmas cookies and had the same problem I had before the repair! I could only bake two cookie sheets, after that all the cookies burned. I want someone here, hopefully tomorrow to get my oven fixed!

No service
We had a service tech come to our home ill prepared to fix our malfunctioning wall mounted oven. He promised to come next day with belp to remove the appliance from the wall. A no show and then they closed the sevice call withoutsolving the problem. Thanksgiving is next week and weare still without a functioning oven. Sears needs to make this right.
