Because of a warranty issue with the appliance Tyler was not able to resolve the problem. While the warranty issue is being addressed Tyler kindly provided a temporary fix suggestion. Thank you Tyler. We hope to see you soon once the warranty debacle is resolved.

Michael was an excellent technician. He arrived punctually kept in contact with us as he was traveling to let us know what time he would arrive. Did an excellent job on our stove was able to switch out the bad switch. Very personable and informative and knowledgeable.
