Appreciated and grateful for Travis's help in this matter. Only comment in future is to give/have phone numbers to allow for human contact...your AI system is too frustrating to deal with in resolving any and all issues.

Steven did a great job. He diagnosed the issue 1st trip however he wasn't authorized to order both replacement parts. We were without use of Range for almost a month because Steven had to return (3) times before he the parts he needed were authorized to order. Our family was inconvenienced without this major appliance. If they would have listened to Steven we would have been without the Range for (2) weeks.
