Kaylyn was very knowledgeable and efficient. I would recommend him to anyone for appliance work. However, Sears has been very disappointing. When Kaylyn came the first time to figure out what our problem was with a stove, he was able to solve the problem, order the part we needed, and set up the return date. But Sears ignored that date, told us late in the day we would have to reschedule, so we had to go through the scheduling process all over again. I find it hard to believe that Sears thinks it is okay to abuse a customer's time. We wasted a whole day waiting for nothing. Any other business I have dealt with gives the customer a realistic window, usually within two hours. I can think of no reason for Sears to treat a customer the way Sears did with this appointment. You charge if a customer doesn't cancel an appointment, but you do not see respecting an appointment with a customer.
