Paul came out again to install replacement parts on our range. He worked hard at leveling the range to see if that helped the new parts not make noise. It didn't help. He took pictures and a video to record the noises being made to send to the appropriate folks. He is an excellent employee.

Michael is GREAT-warranty company is awful

Had it not been for Michael we may never have gotten our stove fixed. He was competent and showed up when HE told us he'd be here. On the other hand, the company he works for, A & E, or Sears Home Warranty, is terrible. They schedule appointments but then don't put them on the schedule because when no one shows up and you call, they say they show no appointment scheduled, and at the same time you are continuing to get emails about the upcoming scheduled appointment. They cancel appointments out of the blue, lie about you not being at home when they arrive when you have sat there all day waiting for them to arrive, causing you to reschedule AGAIN, and lie about parts being canceled or not delivered when they are sitting at the customer's house waiting for someone to install them. They promise to escalate your problem and have a supervisor call the next day, but that never happens. Probably one major thing they could do to fix these problems is to document the conversations with the customer. Obviously, no one keeps notes at the call center so when you have to call them, they don't know they are the 50th person you have already spoken to or why you have already called 50 times. It is extremely frustrating. I will definitely not buy a warranty through this company again if there is any other option, but Michael was NOT the problem. He was great and we would welcome him back into our home in the future if we have any other problems while our appliance is still covered under this awful warranty. BTW, if you look at the reviews for this company on their website, they are amazing, so don't look there if you want the truth! This review will probably not get posted even though it does not break any of the review guidelines.
