Our technician was very thorough and went through every component of our oven to ensure us that there was nothing mechanical or electrically wrong with our oven. The smoke and smell we were experiencing was the result of a cooking spillage of some sort and it simply needed to be burned off.

The options to list problems for service need to have room for free text when none of the categories arr appropriate. Also I have been notified that a technician is coming again tomorrow. I do not need or want another service call and will not pay for it. The tech was over an hour later the notifications stated.
