It was an ordeal scheduling an appointment online. You really do need an option to speak to a real person. There are issues that your automated system doesn't cover. It is frustrating and confusing to the customer. I scheduled and re-scheduled and was re-scheduled by your system, before finally getting an appointment, with Jeffrey.
