Didn't stay to see if it was fixed!
The repairman replaced the part that he was told was the problem but didn't stay long enough to see if the washer was fixed. This is my eighth service call on this one washer in 4 months and it still doesn't work.

Washer still not working! Send Todd back!
My repair man had my washer working, but it only worked for two loads! The same thing that was happening has happened again! Got two loads done and the top walked again in the rinse cycle not working

Washer
Made it worse. Niw it doesn't spin at all. Lid won't lock anymore. Bad experience both times. Wouldn't recommend.

Not helpful
Would not help me move the washer back against the wall where it was before original repair man came before part was ordered. I would not use him ever again. Very rude!

Washer Repair Visit
Service technician came and made no attempt to determine the nature of the problem we are having with our washing machine -which is that our clothes are yellowed and the machine is making a screeching sound. When asked to open the top of the washer he refused to view where the discoloration or possible rust may be coming from. He stated that this "was not in his parameters" and there was no reason to open the top of the washer. Service Technician did not even bring his tools in the house on arrival or at any time. Service call was very brief.

Good work, Stop nagging -- work was 4 star
Your came out on my dishwasher. It took time to get the part several weeks. You had to reschedule the repair a few days later. GOOD JOB Next you sent me over 20 robo call messages to my phone to reschedule. The work was already done. This keep on for over a week. It was bothersome answering the robo calls. This sucked.

Frustrating experience
Austin came out originally several weeks ago and said it was the propane gas burner that was failing. So he ordered a propane burner for the dryer. It arrived at my home within a week. I was scheduled every Wednesday for the past 3 weeks for him to come out and there was a no-show no call. Today he did show up after my appointment had been rescheduled twice and time off of work. Today Austin said that he was not allowed to replace the propane burner, and that the fire marshal would not let him do so. He could only do natural gas not propane. However he knew it was propane from the last visit and he is the one that ordered the propane burner. I am still without a dryer and no resolution insight. I tried to talk to him and ask him why he ordered a propane burner if he indeed could not work on it. He explained that there's liquid propane and gas propane and natural gas. Then I had liquid propane. However all liquid propane is converted to a gas with a regulator. It is for my stove it is for the dryer and it is in every household in America. Nobody has liquid gas going into their appliances. I don't think he knows what he is doing and needs more training. He got frustrated said he didn't have to take this from customers took the part and left.

Maytag drier, service order 10492298
The technician arrived as scheduled. However, he did not do absolutely anything to our drier. He did not even try to turn it on. He never touched it or looked at it. He came and stood next to the drier for 1/2 hr looking at this phone. After 1/2 hour of waiting for him to occupy himself with our problem, my wife pressed the on button for him and unfortunately the drier turned on. He said he could not find the error code. My wife pointed out that the error code was 8.8. He charged us the $65 and left and stood in our driveway for some more time watching his phone and then he went to his car and sat there for some more time too. I will rate this service as 1. We waisted $65.

Icemaker
Icemaker still doesn't work. Jason has been out here at least 10 times. He's nice and tries but the Icemaker still isn't fixed. Help!

Different technician different parts
We had a sears technician come out and order parts to fix the washer issue and then another technician come out to install the parts with no knowledge of previous technician work and say it's different parts that's needed and now we are nowhere close to the fix. Between Sears and the Home warranty company ( Choice) ...we are left holding the bag
