The technician & service while here were fine. However having to set aside a whole day is not acceptable. The choice should be morning or afternoon. I requested early morning, 8 am, and the technician got here at 3 pm I did get an email stating the afternoon time.

Abdul was great, but probably won't use Sears again because the company doesn't respect their customer's time with 8 or 9 hour service windows.
