Kyle provided excellent service. He was personable, very efficient and focused on getting the job done. The only problem I had was with the scheduling of the followup repair. The first visit identified the problem that required a fan motor. After calling Sears to check the status of the repair, the second visit to install the new fan motor was scheduled for 8 days later. Luckily, a repair time slot was offered for 3 days later, which I took, that allowed Kyle to quickly install the parts and restart my 4 ton AC unit.

Very nice, polite, knowledgeable. He patched up our AC nicely and thus far if cooling much better after the second service call for the same problem . The only drawback is when our AC malfunctioned in this heat and we reported it May 15, 2025 the first visit on May 19 was unsuccessful in restoring the cooling. I called within 24-36 hours to inform Sears that the visit was unsuccessful and we really need it fixed ASAP in this heat as we are senior citizens with health problems. This didn't matter to the people scheduling. The very earliest they would send someone was June 2, 2025. This is unacceptable paying for a service after waiting several days and the service was unsuccessful and instead of being given priority to repair what was unresolved on initial visit we had been put at the back of the line again to wait for another appointment to complete the work. already been waiting on were
