Mr. James really cares about the customer and representing Sears. He make sure he communicates with customer. He gave a honest answer and diagnosis of the problem. He made sure he worked with my AC until it was fix. All companies need a James G on there team. Thank you Sir for making a terrible experience turn out a great experience with you working on my AC.
