Kasey D was phenomenal
I scheduled an initial HVAC repair on January 4th. Sears Home Warranty and Sears Repair rescheduled multiple times. After initial diagnostic, ordered part by the tech to be delivered to the tech was sent back - possibly multiple times. System kept messaging me, "is the part in" - how would I know? There was no handoff of this repair job when the initial tech left the organization to Kasey D. I received no support from Sears home Warranty or Sears Repair central offices - they kept saying it was being escalated but actually kept passing the buck and then canceling my appointments. Furthermore, there was no transparency as to the real issues. Kasey was my only direct contact and dogged this for me, navigating broken systems, to get it done. Finally completing the repair on 3/1 - two months later - unacceptable Sears. Kasey D. is a role model for customer service that the rest of the organization should learn from. Being in healthcare, I understand the importance of the customer experience in sustaining and growing your brand. Clearly there are process and system issues that are broken and need to be addressed. In my experience, it is rarely people, but the constraints around the process companies require them to work under. If you let your team work to their full potential, you may be surprised by the positive results. Listen to your team members Sears.

Honest and follows through
UNLiKE Sears and my home warranty company, Cordaryl listens and responds intelligently. He initially came out and said a senior specifically trained tech would need to do this job. Do you think HIS Company Sears or my Home Warranty company listened? Nope, sent him out again! He called and warned me and then said he would in fact be following up with both of the companies so I could finally get the A/C unit fixed by an expert that Home Warranty put in and can't seem to get it right! Thanks Cordarly for being an upstanding guy. Hopefully, this time it will work!

Sean was everything we could have asked for. He showed up when he said he would, he explained everything as he went along and when he realized our unit needed to be replaced he went to bat for us with our warranty company.
