Vincente was friendly, professional and competent and a perfect gentleman. He inspected the dishwasher and asked pertinent questions of us so that he could get a clear picture of the problem. He then proceeded to install the part that was sent and stayed to run the machine to see that is was working properly. Vincente is welcome back to service our appliances any time. He is a great asset to the company!

I was happy with the service performed by Saman. My dishwasher is up and running now. My only disappointment is that he was asked to look at my washing machine instead of the assigned technician. No problem since he was already here. After I outlined the problem and history, he knew it needed to be addressed by another technician. I agreed, but I still expected someone to call or come by to see to the machine if today or to set another appointment. Nothing. Still I have no idea when the washer will be serviced. Saman was very accommodating and I appreciated it.
